Shell recruitment team had contacted me on the job opening and i applied for it. Within a week, the first round of telephonic interview was scheduled. There were two people in the panel from UK who interviewed me for about 45 mins. After 4 days i was informed that i have been selected and was called for a face to face interview to their office in Bangalore. There were two rounds of interview there : Professional and Structural round. They mainly dig deep into your experience level and how you have faced any critical situations in your earlier projects. Each interview was for an hour. Withing the next 2 weeks, they have released the offer letter.

Very elaborate, descriptive, but relevant Lasts for about couple of hours There are 3 stages, starting with a telephonic technical round, followed by face to face discussions if you go through the first one. In the second round you are required to visit Shell premises and give the interview.
