Three interviewers on the panel who asked two questions each where you had to describe an experience you had to answer the question. They allowed you to ask questions as well. Relaxed atmosphere but serious questions aimed at getting to the heart of your character and relevant experience.

Cordial, professional 1.5 hour discussion of my background, and the Lockheed Martin focus on expanding their national security related business within the United States Intelligence Community.
