I was recruited by a former coworker who wanted me to fill a position which was opened. I wasn't the only candidate, several other good candidates were in the process. You have show them you can think on your feet as the supervision will be very shallow working for a contractor...not like working for the government at all. Success is what you make it with LM. It's why I liked them and my working style meshed.
