First had to an online questionnaire of about five paragraph long responses, and then an online logical reasoning test. All together, the online tests took close to two hours to complete. If you passed the online tests, they then conduct an in person case interview, which pretty difficult. If you pass that, they invite you to a cultural fit interview, and then if you pass that, you are invited to travel to St Louis for a super day. But you're not done yet -- if they like you in St. Louis, you then fly out to New York where the final interview takes place. Ultimately, this is like a 6-7 step interview process that can be very stressful.
