Some tips after read several other reviews similar with my experience, answer questions according to standard answers following some interview books, do not freestyle even if you know more, do ask questions during coding exercise even it is stupid and common sense to follow the "standard good behaviours" during the interview. In a word, they do not really care how much you know, what you have done and what you can do, just follow the interview books, you will pass the video interview for sure. I did not have this kind of interview experience before, but that is the way spotify run their video interviews, questions basically are simple, just remember to stick to the "standard answers" in interview books, otherwise the interviewers may fail you as they might not understand.
