Willis Towers Watson uses HireVue on-demand video analysis to pre-screen applicants. HireVue uses artificial intelligence algorithms (HireVue data scientists and industrial-organizational (IO) psychologists build HireVue’s Assessment algorithms) to evaluate your performance and create a score and ranking before Willis Towers Watson HR even evaluates your application. I had a government security clearance and never feel violated during that intrusive lengthy process, but I sure feel violated now that I know what my interview video was really used for. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I have absolutely NO interest in working for this company!
