Very slow. I applied in September. Had a screening call with the Talent team in October followed by an interview with the hiring manager themselves. Got an basic rejection email a month later in November with no feedback. A poor and disappointing experience. Especially, after I spent over a hour talking to the hiring manager. Knowing their 'fast turn around for further interview stages' I would have appreciated a simple email to confirm that the hiring manager liked speaking to me but has chosen not to go ahead with the next stage vs a generic 'Thanks for your application for [ROLE]. We regret to advise you that we have now filled this position.
