Staffing agency called to let me know that VSP wanted to have an in person interview with me.I was given a choice of some dates and times, and were willing to work with me if those wouldn't work. I had to register at the front desk, so make sure you have your ID with you! I got my picture taken and given a temp badge. I was taken to the cafe dining are for the interview, it was after the lunch crowd so the area was not crowded and made me feel a little more at ease. The interview lasted about 45 - 60 minutes. I was told my the interviewer when I was leaving that I would hear something back in 2 days. I got a call 2 days later asking if I would negotiate on the wage, which I did because I was a few days away from eviction. Another contractor I work with said no, and they came back with the original rate. I got a call the next day congratulating me, and an email so I could start the background check, fill out HR forms, and get my info for my urinalysis. Once all that came back I got a firm start date. All together the process was pretty fast and easy.
