The interview process was split into 3 parts. The first one was a basic interview inquiring about personal experience. It was a very casual experience (but don't dress casual)! I had to do a 10 minute short lesson and paid was described. The next two parts were mock lessons. It seemed like an intense and nerve wrecking experience at first, but the mock mentors were very nice and provided great feedback!

Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
