Automated technical interview with 3 time limited video questions and 1 easy algorithm question, then a quick video interview with an HR person and my profile was approved in the platform. I thought I was interviewing for a specific position, but I was just qualifying to get into their network and being able to apply to jobs listed there. Each job application may require additional specific interviews. Most of those jobs are not worth applying and I didn't receive any offer from the ones I applied.

I had an initial interview with recruiter, she was really lovely. Followed by technical interview which has to be submitted on platform called filtered, where I had to discuss my experience and solve a technical challenge. Overall it was a good experience.

The interview is really more of a conversation about what experiences you've had and your strengths. You also get to ask questions to allow for insight on the company. This is then followed by a technical assessment which you has multiple options on how to approach it

Recruiter interview is just the standard questions about your work experience and skills. The technical interview is 2 hours and can be done in your own time.

Regarding the "Did not hear from them after." part - we recommend you to check the Spam folder or contact the HR Manager who coordinated your application - in any scenario, we always send acceptance/rejection emails, explaining the decision. Maybe there was a technical issue somewhere, so we would love to fix that and explain once again our process.
