-Applied online -1st contact was via email to set up 1st interview. -interviewed with hiring manager -2nd interview with team - waited to hear back and was never contacted. I contacted the hiring manager to see where we were in the process and was informed they went with another candidate already. -I have a feeling they would have simply never let contacted me with an update and I find that unprofessional.
