As everyone explains: 1. Call with the recruiter - must pass 2. Convo and light skill assessment with the hiring manager - must pass 3. Skill test- must pass. For some roles, the test can be easier than others. 4. 3 sets of personality interviews. The team will all review you together, it is a voting system.
