Started with a standard screening call with a recruiter, then three webcam interviews, one with the hiring manager, one with a peer, and one with an internal stakeholder who will work closely with this role. About two weeks after the last webcam interview, I spent a day in the Unity office in SF doing in-person interviews. The final step was an interview with the VP of Marketing; the hiring manager's boss. Very positive experience throughout - the recruiting team was on point, responsive, professional, and friendly. I've interviewed at other tech companies, including some very large ones, and Unity stands out for how well-organized and efficient the process was. Very positive experiences with all the people I met in the course of the interview process too - everyone is clearly very busy, but they were professional and cordial and really interested in hearing about me and my qualifications for the role.
