Four officers interviewed me to see if I was a good candidate for OCS. There was an O4 and three O3s. They asked me leadership and life experience questions. Keeping the answers short is important because no one wants to hear your life story.

It was about 18 years ago. It isn't really an interview kind of job. I made the cut though so that was nice. I learned a lot from the experience.
