Phone interview followed by in person panels. Was flow in for the in person interview, Talent Acquisition provided very few details until the day before I was slated to fly out, was not told who I'd be meeting with prior to the day before and had to inquire if I needed to prepare anything in advance. Was told to "Look at the website". On campus, the interview was 4.5 hours long, and was asked the same questions in every panel, and asked questions I had previously answered in other responses. From my understanding, this was not the last step in the process. If I had been selected for the final interview, I would have been asked to come back a second time to meet with another individual.
