Consisted of 2 rounds. The first round had 3 interviewers sitting in a room with you, all asking questions. The questions were all behavioral based. The second round was with the Director of Employee and Labor Relations himself. This was a more personal conversation: who I was, what can I bring to the table, what do I want to get out of this opportunity.
