The interview was completely informal and more of a friendly meeting with a group of people. They did not ask any questions but answered all of mine. All in all this should have indicated the integrity of the organization to me at the time but I didn't take the cue. They were willing to meet after work so that I did not miss any time from my current employer and I received an offer at the interview. The physician recruiter attended the meeting but largely had no part of the process. Negotiations were done through the CEO so I'm not sure the role she really played in the process
