You have to appear upbeat to have the highest likelihood of success. The culture is upbeat despite what a pessimist might believe the people are genuine, this can be unsettling to some however.

it was really dumb because they are hypocrite and don't work with availability and only give part time to everyone and it was just a waste of time and effort for a nothing place.
