Easy process. Phone screening with HR -> Technical interview with IT Manager. They asked me behavioral questions and few technical questions. Within 3 weeks I got my offer letter. .

They were pleasant, asked me several technical skills about data structures and algorithms. Asked about my background and interests. Very laid back!! Highly recommend this company to anyone interested in software engineering at a smaller to medium sized company
