I specifically interviewed for Textron's GSE program. 1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter 2) 30-minute group panel with team's management, they really grill your resume and want to hear all about your engineering projects. They seek people who have passion projects as opposed to classroom assignments, they would always clarify whether something you did was for a class or for fun. One thing that bothered me was that I got 2 different rejection notices. The first said the position was cancelled, the other said they selected someone else. This ruined the interview experience for me, the lack of transparency.

3 round interview with HR, team lead and branch lead. Everything happens through MS Teams. Some technical questions that are really easy, mostly beginning level electronics. Loved them a lot.
