Went through 5 stages of the interview process. The first was a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter asked personal and general questions. The second interview was with the finance manager. The manager asked a mixture of motivational and technical questions. The third till the fifth interview was with three different heads of finance (General, Malaysia, and South Asia). The third and fourth interviews focused more on personal and motivational questions but the fifth interview (Head of Finance for South Asia ) reviewed my transcript and hinted to me that I do not get the job.
