3 stages. 1st is an online interview where you record your answers. 2nd stage was a phone interview + webex in which you present a PPT on a project you've done. They ask technical questions about your project. 3rd is an in-person interview at the headquarters in Dallas. It consists of two interviews with 2 TI employees each. They start with behavioral questions and then ask simple technical questions.
