Interviewed over 1.5 months with around 20 hours total time spent on Zoom calls plus a test. After 20 hours of interviews, I found out they hadn't actually checked if my salary expectation was acceptable. I had made it very clear what my salary expectation was and what I wanted insofar as PTO. I got a call after 6 PM being told they set wages based on job titles and that they could only match my current salary. It was, frankly, a waste of my time that I could've spent on interviewing with other companies.
