Extremely pleasant process with very amicable folks. Honestly, one of the best processes I've been through. High focus on culture and if the role is a good fit, not on YoE. I felt that the pressure wasn't on if you knew their current tech stack but if you COULD learn it. It felt like a proper, respectful interview for an engineer.
