CV up loaded on university portal. After CV reception, they invited me (by mail) directly to a vis-a-vis interview with technical references to discuss about the position and my profile. My application was originally for a position as Stress Engineer, but after hearing my experiences and aspirations, they proposed me a position as Mechanical Design Engineer
