Informal interview on Team's with Commercial Director to get to know each other and offer brief insight into what the role entails to ensure you wish to progress to a formal interview. One formal interview in person with Commercial Director again for interview questions and any questions interviewee may have. Further interviews/ meetings can be arranged if necessary.

Member of HR guided me through the whole process. First interview was virtual (Teams) and was fine. Good mix of statutory questions and informal ones. Second interview was much better (in person). Got to understand the branch a little, plenty of time for less formal chat and discussion around subjects. Perhaps a few too many statutory questions that didn't really apply to the role. But they came across as a great employer.
