The interviewers were very kind and open. It was a 45-minute interview, however, it felt more like a conversation. Each interviewers were very responsive and gave insights on the position.

Applied and got back in 3 wks. The interview was 30 mins virtual, asked alot of questions, and then heard back from them in a day with a second interview date set up early next wk.

Tell me about yourself, do you have clinical exp, do you have exp working with kids, do you have exp with systematic reviews, tell me a time you had a conflict, tell me a time you had to manage multiple deadlines, how would I explain a study to a caregiver, have I done chart extractions, how would I screen efficiently, what unique information about myself I could tell them that wasn't on my resume, how do I keep organized, why I wanted this role.

Applied a few days before the deadline. I wasn't planning on applying to jobs until I'm fully located and settled in Toronto but I saw this job and it was perfect for me. I had direct experience with what they wanted and it's my favorite role to work at, so I couldn't resist!
I got invited to interview in less than 3 weeks after deadline. Interviews were in person, 30 mins (the job is strictly in-person). but I wasn't in Toronto at the time so I had virtual interview. they were very responsive and nice arranging online meeting for me.
My interview took 45 mins, it was very friendly and felt like a conversation. I met the manager and another person I would be working with. I felt very comfortable asking questions from them.
At the end of interview they asked for my references. I was very positive and happy about this but it's been 2 weeks from interview and they haven't contacted my references yet. I also sent a follow-up email a week ago but I got no response from them.
I am assuming that this is a "rejection"!
I won't be applying to other jobs for now (unless there's a similar opening somewhere). But it was a great experience for me. I truly enjoyed it.
And to the person who got the job: I feel very jealous of you! I know you deserved it and I hope you enjoy working there.

regular questions that you see out there and some scenario based questions related to the role. It was really great seeing how much they care about that role cause the questions were very thoughtful. it shows me how organized they are.
