2 stage process
Stage 1 was on MS teams - competency, validation process, ethics and some other basic background questions.
Stage 2 - on site tour and working area. Introduction with the project manager, team, other senior staff.
Followed by a 30 mins interview with the BU director (who discusses the salary, relocation etc. And reason why?)
