First interview was a 30 minute phone screen with HR. Afterwards, I interviewed with the CTO- it was fairly casual, discussed my experience, my goals, and how I problem solve. Afterwards, I had an interview with the person I would report to. Similar to my first interview - discussed my experience and talked more in depth about the position.
