Fragen im Vorstellungsgespräch bei Red Storm Entertainment

Applied online and heard back around two weeks after I submitted my application with an invitation for a phone interview. After informing them of my interest, it took almost an entire month to actually get the phone interview scheduled. The interview itself was very pleasant. Just a laid back chat about my interests, what I would like to work on, and what I worked on in the past. Hiring Manager overall was very nice. Was told I would hear back in a couple of days but I never heard anything at all. Easily one of the worst hiring processes I've ever been through.

Took an art test, flew my out for an in person interview. Everyone told me how awesome my portfolio and then I hear back that they went with someone who had more experience however they knew that I had limited experience before I flew out for the in-person so it was a waste of everyones time.
