A two-part interview. First with a company employee about what they do, who they require and my projects. The second part is an interview with two engineers. Only one spoke. Quite a friendly and unstressed conversation on technical topics. The impression from the communication with the engineers and the company representative was only positive. From the feedback - I passed the technical part but was rejected due to insufficient level of spoken English to discuss complex issues.
