I was initially referred by a current employee. I happened to be at the right place at the right time because I was in very close proximity to where Realpage was holding a job fair. Having heard the good opportunity by my friend and having the job fair the same day I knew I had to go. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome and embraced. I briefly spoke with the recruiter Andrea who was very kind and warm. I then later asked to speak to Demetrius who also seemed very genuine and down to earth, yet driven. After getting a feel for the company and the people there I felt like this is where I wanted to be. Demetrius mentioned he was looking for good people and wanted to build a team. I immediately thought of a few people who I would feel could benefit from this great opportunity. Having left the office I felt assured and excited for this new career with a great company in which I could embark on This exciting journey About 10 or so days later I was contacted by Carla another recruiter who has reached out to me via email and by phone to further proceed. She has been extremely helpful in the process and has always been very willing to answer any questions I had. There were a few steps to complete being the Initial application, 2nd application, the previous employment background and criminal background consent forms all which took less then 45 minutes to complete. A few days later I was contacted by Ariel who helped me get set up for my drug screening. She too was very friendly and willing to help with anything she could. All in all the interview process was very simple and was accompanied by great people.
