Multiple interviews with people all over the place, all levels and at all times. Not super structured and awkward and many do not take the process seriously. Took months to get to end result and decision.

Case Study based round. There were three interviews:
1. Recruiter
2. One with the manager
3. Then the overall head of the function.
Overall, it was reasonably challenging but not too difficult.
