The company’s interview process takes about a month to complete. There is a three step process: first is an assessment, once completed you move to a pre recorded video interview (about a week later). If chosen to continue, your final step is meeting with management for a video interview. STAR format is crucial for all 3 steps.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
