It was a 3 week process. Started with the assessment. Once you pass the assessment they schedule a phone screen interview about a week later. Then if you pass the phone screen the recruited will set up you with a manager interview and set up to start the extensive background check. I was given a verbal offer the day after my interview.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
