Phone call to get things started followed my in-person interviews with 5 different interviewees. Very detailed and straightforward. They don't beat around the bush and are very transparent about the process. Very unlikely that a question you ask will receive a corporate like response. Even though it isn't the company's culture, they will recommend you to dress up.
