I applied online and got an email to complete an assessment which was mandatory for the position. That took about 1 hour. After I passed the aptitude test, I got a call from HR for a phone interview which took about 35 mins asking about my past work experience. The HR person was very friendly and positive.Online interviews were scheduled from 3 weeks after the HR phone interview. It was 3 hrs with 3 different people , 1-1. All the questions asked were STAR format questions which we need to answer as a story - Situation-Task-Action-Result. Some of the questions sounded similar. Over all a positive experience .No technical questions asked at all for this IT position.

The interview process was very quick, even for having 3 rounds of calls. The first call was with HR and had the typical questions and helped prepare you for the STAR format that the next 2 interviews would be conducted in. The calls consisted of answering questions from a manager and a peer of the job you are applying for.
