It was a very thorough phone interview.. Asked a lot of questions that required a well thought of response with specifics about situations from the past. They also described in detail the nature of the job that I was interviewing for to make sure that I was still interested. They asked about 5 specific recall questions related to my previous work experience and the rest were more relational about how I work.
