Recruiting process was thorough and sincere. Interview took a while to transpire, and was very regimented. Over-the-phone interview was panel-based. No technical questions asked, even though position was technically oriented. This was strange. They have a resource management emphasis, almost to a fault. Feedback loop was very good. Expect to receive in-depth feedback.

There were two interviews on back to back dates. Each interview had 2 individuals who would be your peers. The STAR approach is required for situational responses. The team was very professional and welcoming.
