You start with a pre-employment assessment that includes an unexpected call simulation at the end. If you make it past that, you will move to a one-sided video interview where the computer will ask you questions and you will record yourself answering them. You can re-record yourself once on each question and each question has a 3 minute time limit. They expect all answers to have strong background stories and be presented in the STAR format. This can make or break your interview. Even if you think you have STAR format down, tighten it up more. I'm not sure what happens beyond this point. I would assume...or at least hope you would get to speak to a live person for a next interview.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
