Applied through the company website and career fair at my school. Was asked for a phone interview a few days later. Waited for the call from the recruiter and never got it. Emailed recruiter to reschedule. He emailed back saying that I was preselected to have an interview at my school. Interview with the manager at school went fairly well. STAR questions were used, so study up. About a week later I was asked to take an online assessment that consisted of simple math problems and personality questions. Apparently I don't have the right personality for Progressive. Not to sound arrogant, but I really don't know who they are looking for then. Not once did we discuss the skills I have or what I could bring to the table. It felt more like an interview for a social club or fraternity rather than a job.
