Applied and 30 mins later I got a request to do an online assessment. A few days later I got an email asking me to set up a virtual interview which was all prerecorded. Then, about 5 days later I received an email telling me to set up a live interview. I spoke with an he representative, the questions were pretty difficult, all star format. Someone else on here posted the exact questions (look for interviews in Oct 2020). I felt it was really difficult for a trainee position. But, it’s a very straight forward process. Got an offer a week later.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
