The interview process has been very professional but lengthy. I am set for the in person interview and at this point the process has been going on for 6 weeks. I understand that I will have an answer within 10 days after the interview.

In phone interview they will ask you what you know about the company. They also ask behavioral based questions like “Tell is about a time when you made a bad decision and how you handled it.”

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
