Very smooth and organized. Followed the STAR method for interviews. The recruiter and hiring manager that I interviewed with were very nice and the recruiter that offered me the job was very nice and explained everything in detail pertaining to my position with Progressive. 10/14/18 applied for the position

10/22/18 received email had qualifying results on assessment
10/26/18 schedule phone interview

11/01/18 email for background check from Progressive (consent)
11/05/18 email from hireright for background check (fill out online application)
11/06/18 video interview using webex
11/08/18 background check completed and sent to Progressive.
11/12/18 Offered job and accepted

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
