They only asked me 3 STAR questions during the whole interview. It felt like there was really no opportunity to display all of my relevant experience and skills. I had already prepared answers for all possible STAR questions, including the ones they asked me, but I was very underwhelmed by how impersonal the questions they chose were. The next day after the whole interview they sent me an email with a link to begin the background check process. The background check process took about 2 days and then I never heard back from them. I had to send them 5 emails over the course of one full week before they ever responded to me, and the response was that they hired someone before my background check was even complete. Very unprofessional company. Would not recommend unless you have weeks to wait for their unprofessional team to finally email you letting you know that through some type of buffoonery and lack of attention to detail, they were sending me links to BEGIN a background check as they were already preparing to make an offer to another candidate. I was very excited about the job opportunity and I just feel like it was extremely mean spirited and uncaring to drag me on and advance me to higher tiers of the interview process, and then not answer my emails for a week (DANA!), when they had already filled the position. Very disheartening and disappointing.
