Well the process was very extensive, it lasted about a month in total.i applied on May 24th and got an offer on June 29th 1st) i applied online 2nd) got selected to proceed forward 3rd) I was sent an assessment that took about 30 mins to complete 4th) couple hours later got an email to set an phone interview 5th) had the phone interview which lasted about an hour 6th) had a face to face which lasted about 1hr and 30mins ... then about a week after my interview i got a call with an offer.. Its a long process thats for sure. But in both interviews they made me feel really welcomed and were both positive experiences.. This website helped me tremendously in preparing.. Definitely answer in STAR format! and be sure to have a great list of questions to ask at the end of the interview! I like to hit them with a question like. "is there any reason why you wouldn't move forward with my application" gives you a reason to address any concerns they might have so you can explain and clear the air. Good Luck to future applicants!
