Multi-faceted phone and panel. The process included a general skills test, which is to be expected because math and literacy skills are needed for the job, and successful licensure is mandatory.
Use the STAR format and be specific (Situation, Task, Action, Result). The interviewers were easy to talk to which is good since I do not like talking about myself.
