Process took over a month, phone interview, background check, in person interview and then initial offer. At first they told me they gave the position to internal person but wanted to offer me the next position because they liked me for the interview. That took a week and was offered and accepted the position. Overall positive experience and recruiter was very helpful and provided great communication.
