The process has been over three weeks where I applied to the job, took a 30 minute assessment test, and scheduled the phone interview. The phone interview only lasted 6 minutes since the two weeks of training is out of state in Ohio or Florida. I'm not willing to travel for two weeks so the interview ended there. This was not mentioned in the job posting, which would have saved both my and Progressive's time. Do make sure you research about Progressive as a company - they will ask!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
