Process was easy enough. I had to email them, and then send a video about myself so they could get a feel. Apparently they liked it and had everyone selected to the next phase go into a virtual interview. It wasn’t an actual virtual interview as no real questions were asked. It was more so a space for them to tell us about them, the values, culture, etc. Which is strange that no one was selected to go to the next step. From there no one ever heard back from them. Not a comment, email or anything. It was very strange. Ghosted as some would call it, I think they do this pretty often from the looks of it. No feedback or anything.

Good, they were going through what the job is and what is expected and how training works. Super laid back and nice. The system seemed to make sense and be organized
